This is truly a powerful motivator yet a more budget‑friendly path.  You can switch as you might need it, and there are no long term commitments. Both formats deliver evidence‑based strategies, measurable progress and include the following:

For 1:1 Wellness Coaching

I personalize everything you need in a holistic way, it could be from meal plans, to health hacks, to mindfulness, to at-home workouts, and more—saving you from the overwhelm of finding new wellness tools and routines on your own. We meet online or in-person to craft a wellness plan that works for you.

In addition to the above, this plan includes:

1-hour assessment session to discuss habits and define goals.

Personalized coaching plan based on the assessment session.

One 30-minute online monthly follow-up session for support.
